Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was immaculately clean, spacious, and had a comfortable king bed - perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights for us was the family-friendly entertainment options available at the hotel. Our child was delighted to find a selection of movies on Netflix, allowing us to unwind together after a day of sightseeing. the proximity to the train station made it convenient for us to embark on day trips to nearby attractions, making it a great base for our family vacation. We appreciated the attention to detail and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Hello Pisa B&B provided us with a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, making our family vacation a truly memorable experience.
